I had a knee injury after I slipped and fell on asphalt pavement. Dr. Rachel and Nurse Yolanda were wonderful in assisting me with this injury. I was in pain and not feeling my best! They cleaned and examined the wound. Took me for x-rays, all the while explaining everything step-by-step. Yolanda even held my hand while a shot was administered. LOL. I am a big baby when needles are involved! Anyway, they were very caring and empathetic of my situation. They made a bad situation much better!

I have been using Advent Health recently. They have been an awesome experience. The Advent Health Imaging Center was exceptional. The staff are very kind and considerate and provide excellent service. I wish to thank Rita, Brandon and Christina for providing exceptional service to me. I offer my sincere thanks.

I went to Retreat Doctor's Hospital for an outpatient procedure. I was very nervous as to I had bad luck with surgery and anesthesia in the past. My treatment was exceptional from the time I stepped in the door. The whole staff, doctors, and nurses were extremely professional, kind, and reassuring. I would highly recommend this hospital.

Dr. Luke Johnson is extremely professional: communicates effectively, listens attentively, and makes me feel comfortable. He uses simple language and examples, making complex information easy for me to understand. I appreciated that he takes time during my visit, to help me understand all my health issues! My doctor, Dr. Fernandes, has been my doctor for over 3 years. She got me through lung cancer and I have been in remission for 2 1/2 years. She is very intelligent and knows her "stuff" but more meaningful to me is her bedside manner. She takes her time with me at my appointments and I never feel rushed. She is so unassuming and does not display an ego. Her assistant, Anna, is also great. She knows what she's doing and is very personable. On Saturday, May 2nd, my husband was seen at Silver Creek for a broken wrist. All of the caregivers were calm, cheerful and so efficient. Dr. Puchi gave us great information about the fracture and did a wonderful job of realigning the bones. Laurie, Lexi, and Maria in the treatment room were amazing and the x-ray technicians, Tyler and Jessica, were as gentle as they could be while asking Bruce to position his wrist for the different angles needed and getting his MRI done. 5 stars all the way for Dr. Kim!!! I went to see him for my jaw pain and he immediately correctly diagnosed me. Smart, kind, knowledgable and not a money grab Dr. like so many others. No upselling, just doing what was right in trying to make me feel better. Thanks, Dr. Kim, for being a smart and honest Dr. So very much appreciated!!!

If I could give a 0 * star review  * I would.  This practice has gone down hill over the years. The front desk nurse is rude and speaks to you with disrespect.  The process this practice goes through pertaining to refills is absurd especially regarding control substances. Not happy after currently a patient of 10 years or more with this practice I am looking elsewhere. I expressed to them my concerns and they pretty much said good luck. Obviously they don’t care how many patients they lose to their incompetence.
