Josh was a godsend. Got to my house quick, briefed me, went right to work and was finished in 30 minutes. Garage door was working beautifully again. Josh was down to earth, friendly and highly knowledgeable. The bottom line price was fair and a huge relief since I'm a senior citizen on a limited budget.

I asked Welborn to do tuneup inspection/services and check one of the doors that wasn’t able to close completely following some carpentry work. They were able to schedule promptly on the next business day and were very communicative regarding Dean the tech’s planned arrival. Dean also called en route, and was exceptional while going above and beyond in his services. Well done, Welborn!

Zach was fine presenting the quote which was more than double of any other quote I received. In fact the quote I received was 140% higher than any other quote. Attempting to justify this with the value of the employees, employee benefits, and the like, but when I did my research, I found wellborn merged with Garage doctors, which merged with A1 which means they’re now part of a much larger company that has to focus on profits.
