From the first walkthrough, the staff treated us respectfully and never rushed conversations. We had a lot of questions about energy efficiency and insulation, and they explained things in plain language. The house was completed close to schedule and the final walkthrough was detailed. One door needed adjustment afterward, but maintenance fixed it the next morning without hassle.
