I have been with WelbeHealth for 5 months and I couldn’t be more thankful! The compassion that is doled out by each and every employee is worth more to a lonely elderly person than anyone can understand! When you talk, you are heard. They actually listen to what you say. You are picked up and delivered to your medical appointments and then returned. You get your medicine sent directly to your house already sorted out for you to take. Used this company for my grandparents and to say the least - I’ve never seen a more unorganized company. Alicia the manager is very off putting and slurred the whole time we talked. I had wanted to keep my issue to myself but I can not handle it anymore. Not only did they make my grandparents late to half their appointments, but they also told me it was my fault for asking them for help. Alicia is gross and disgusting and disrespectful. I hope this company fails.
