Their drivers are terrible.
Things started well but, things have gotten really bad. They dont care like they pretend to care. I got stuck with a really bad medical supply company (TKO Medical) and Welbe just sits by and does NOTHING. I go MONTHS waiting on repairs and parts. When speaking up about it I was told I complain too much. Done complaining. Filing paperwork with documentation!
Gerald is an exceptional RT I've ever met! He is very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. He came to the hospital to set up home vent for testing and training. He then followed up closely. He completed the home vent setup yesterday, and he told me that he'd follow up so no worries. I feel relax because I know I'll always have his support. Gerald Grant came & he was excellent he helped solve my issues with the CPAP machine. Great Job!!!
Our respiratory therapist Gerald is the best there is. I recommend everyone to try to request him! He’s prompt, & very caring/concerning about the trache patients!
