Welbe is by far the best decision I have ever made for health. Not only the doctor's but the drivers, nurses, specialist and the care providers who lead over the day-center clients. It is a wonderful place for " mature" persons.
I like this program cause it works for me. I need help with health issues and they have provided the resources to do so.
My mother missed her doctor appointment because the transport was late which caused her to go to the hospital! We will never go there again! Customer service has bad training and people are rude on the phone! Also racism going on...run away!very hard to get an appointment too,not enough staff!
Wow where do I start... I'll start with the most recent situation. Welbe Health Transportation refuse to transport my husband yesterday because the driver Juan and his supervisor said his wheelchair was not compatible even though the transported him 3 times in this chair. I am a Paratransit driver by traid and I know from experience that his wheelchair is 100% compatible.
