Disappointed, was looking for a location for my mother in the Papillion area and called for more information about WEL-Life at Papillion and the gal who we talked to was so rude this past Saturday, November 15th. Glad to know before how the staff is at this location than after the fact.
Wel-Life Assisted Living in Papillion has been amazing for my mom. Paula, the Executive Director, is awesome and really seems to care about everyone there and is present and available. The staff has been nothing but kind and supportive to my mom. They treat my mom like their friend & family, and it shows on how comfortable my mom has been since she moved in. My mother has been a resident of Wel-Life for about 18 months. When she first moved in, we were afraid we were about to lose her. But the staff went the extra mile to encourage and assist her in improving her physical and mental health. We have been so happy with Wel-Life for my mom. The staff is wonderful & so kind and the level of communication is great. Clean, great activities for residents, and in a great location. Highly recommend!
Papillion Wel-Life is bright, spacious and very well maintained. They have so many fun activities and even have therapy services as an option. Paula and her team treat everyone as family, I cannot recommend them enough!
