"I enjoy going to the dentist" isn't always something people say when going in for a check-up but I have come to enjoy this office so much over time, and I adore my hygienist. I was able to meet the new doctor, Danielle Brambila, as well on this visit and she was super sweet. The change over of doctors feels seamless, which is great! I am truly impressed with how much the staff actually seems to enjoy working at the office. They are so very welcoming and make you feeI comfortable the minute you step into the office. Dr. Brambila is wonderful as is her hygienist, Kelsey. Kudos to the entire staff for making dental appointments almost pleasurable, for being professional, and for putting patients at ease.
Great experience every time with my hygienist, Kelsey, and I finally met my new dentist, Dr. Brambila. Have used this office for many years and recommend all the time. Everyone in the office is very nice and professional.
It's very rare that I feel comfortable going to a dentist. I have a lot of issues with my gums and teeth and it's been a while since I've had a hygienist actually listen to me and understand my struggles rather than just harp on me to do what I know I should be doing. Kelsey is one of the sweetest and best hygienists I've ever had. She made me feel comfortable when I expressed to her how anxious I was feeling. Been a regular patient at this practice for years . Had issues getting medication refilled. Dr.B personally took the time to call and follow up. She apologized for the miscommunication and fixed the issue. Thank you for continuing to care about your patients.
