I made a appointment for Dr. Guo. Her office made a appointment and then cancelled it. She decided she didn't want to see me because she said I had another rheumatologist. The rheumatologist she was referring to I went one time for a consult. The rheumatologist said I might have Lupus. He was wrong. I didn't go back to him and went and had a dermatologist do a biopsy. I’ll be real she’s a bit of a mixed bag and can be rather dismissive or not seem to take you seriously. What matters is getting answers and if you’ll get better. She’ll run the tests and order the treatment, so that’s what matters. I’m thankful for her suggested treatment because I was barely able to get through half a day before I saw her.
My initial appointments involved examination and diagnosis. Dr.Guo was thorough and and arrived at my RA diagnosis with careful consideration.A request for a follow-up appointment for increased pain after meds were established was less than satisfactory. She was abrupt and acted like I shouldn’t be bothering her before my scheduled appointment.I left feeling unheard and that I had bothered her.I plan to seek another practitioner.
From scheduling to seeing Dr Guo. I couldn't be happier with this office. They make sure you are comfortable with your care. Highly recommend her as a great provider.
