Placed online order for a jacket I specifically wanted for a trip and received no shipping update..sent 2 emails to get a response 5 days after placing the order that it was cancelled because the item was supposedly damaged and no one knew..asked for a replacement, but was told that was the last one and they could check with the manufacturer..never responded after that.
