Called ahead and asked for a price on a specific material and was told “$1.53/lb for insulated copper #2, come on down!” I show up and unload that exact material (100% all insulated #2). And then when I go to the counter, the same employee that answered my call gives me $0.75/lb. These employees must be coached to operate their business in this manner. It’s a dishonest way to run a company and unfortunate that we have to deal with people who have such a poor moral center.

These guys have zero respect for emergency vehicles. Was picking up a broken down truck beside 34 and multiple trucks wizzed past never slowing down and within inches of my mirrors. Was honestly scared of strapping down due to you guys
This is a very dirty company. The trucks that came after me were loaded and sent away and I had to wait for six or seven hours. My experience was very bad.
