Mr. Weissler is not to be trusted!! He gave us a bogus appraisal matching a low-ball offer from buyer's broker. It made no sense. Luckily, we knew enough to get a second appraisal valued at more than twice the value Mr. Weissler presented. Run, don't walk away from this guy.
