I was watching my nephew for the weekend, and I was so impressed with his doctor's office. It was such a relief to be able to take him somewhere he was already familiar with instead of having to visit a last-minute urgent care over the weekend. I would not recommend this practice, especially to parents of young children. Our experience at the South Loop office was extremely disappointing. My daughter needed a catheterized urine sample, yet the office did not even have the correct catheter size available. Instead of informing us before attempting the procedure, the staff proceeded anyway. They attempted to insert the catheter twice, causing my daughter unnecessary pain and distress, only to eventually admit they could not complete the procedure because they lacked t... read more
I've been taking my children to this clinic for 10 yrs now. They always have available appointments. Can book online, request via my portal and if i'm concerned i can call and speak with their nursing team or send a msg to a provider. They definitely go above and beyond for their patients.
