Dismissive practice and admin. I brought my sick infant in, and I was seen by a NP, 39+ week pregnant. The NP, was tired, distracted, made sure to dismiss my concerns by saying she does not see anything wrong, and reassured me my son was fine. In less than 24h I had to take my son back to get reevaluated bc his symptoms worsen. When I brought up the fact that a 39w pregnant woman should not have to see sick children (it's dangerous for her, and she can't care properly for her patients) I was put in my "postion" by being mans... read more
All staff (nurses, doctors, reception) are very patient, welcoming, and helpful. All listen to my concerns and treat both me and my daughter with respect. I recommend Weissbluth to any and every parent I meet!!
We love Weissbluth Pediatrics! The south loop office staff is always friendly and approachable. The nursing staff is amazing. Our daughter sees Dr. Akta and we love her. Very knowledgable and amazing with our baby.
Sarah is fabulous. She is very patient, kind, and knowledgeable- trust her with both my kids.
