Cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Wiess, Nichole Roberts, and all of the nurses and staff. I have never been treated so well, listened to so thoroughly, or been given such compassion. My concerns and questions have been addressed without making me feel silly for asking. Top notch medical care!
I had a kidney transplant 11 years ago, and Dr. Weiss safely and confidently delivered both of my baby girls without previous experience with a pregnant transplant patient (March 2023 and September 2024). My first was very premature due to pre-eclampsia, and she is now a healthy, silly 21 month old. I recently had hysterectomy done with Dr. Weiss, and I couldn't be more grateful for the experience. While Dr. Weiss is professional, his front desk staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was checked in by Latrina who was extremely aggressive and rude. She stated she would get a manger because I was seven minutes behind for my appointment due to traffic. A manager never came to speak with me. She continued to role her eyes and maintain a rude aggressive tone. As a patient for over twenty three years, I have never experienced such unpleasant and unprofessional behavior.
If I could I would give 10 stars! Dr Weiss, and team are the best around. Very knowledgeable and helpful
