No heat in the winter, unprofessional staff, filth and unkept building, super slow in being responsive to making repairs, lacks communication. 🤮🤮🤮
2105 Burr Avenue. High rent, live in supers and manager, filthy building. Not sure what their duties are but it's not cleaning. There is ZERO maintenace in this bldg. I don't understand how people are ok living in filth unless their rent is being paid by a program. The most disgusting building in the neighborhood, if you don't believe it step inside the lobby. Steer clear I'm getting out as soon as I can.
