Truly Horrible Bad attitude! Rude and rips off her clients. Her husband is a plumber that she requires all her clients to use (without telling them that he is her husband). He is equally as rude and unprofessional, fyi. She will start out friendly, but literally as soon as you sign the papers the truth comes out. She failed to disclose lots of crucial information, leaving my wife in tears upon move in. The only consolation she offered was, "you can move out if you want but I'm not willing to do anything."
