Terrible doctor, promised to follow up with labwork and never sent it! He happily billed my insurance for the visit though!
I give them One Star only because I have too. The receptionist was rude, Dr. Weiss is arrogant. After my prostate exam there were no Kleenex or paper towels to clean up with, NO soap to wash my hands, Nothing to dry my hands on!! As I'm cleaning myself up he opens the door and walks out. NO APOLOGY, I FELT LIKE I WAS AT A FREE CLINIC IN A BAD NEIGHBORHOOD!! NEVER AGAIN!! I WOULDN'T TAKE MY DOG TO HIM!
Customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. I left numerous messages without ever receiving a return phone call. Yesterday I left a message on their emergency line expecting a call back from the on-call doctor and never received a phone call. It has been a week since Dr.Weiss said he would send my paperwork to the Kidney Stone Center, and the Center hasn’t received anything. I called the office again today and was told the paperwork was sent. I called the Center and they said they still hadn’t received ... read more
From my personal experience, Dr. Weiss was very thorough and comforting as were his assistants. Really no complaints at all.
