Rude and unethical behavior towards patients , I’ve experienced over billing that caused an overpayment . And harassed for payments that was already paid . Due to bitter customer service , soft skills, and unprofessional conduct that I brought to the treatment coordinator “ Gisela “ she spitefully charge late fees to my account when office was closed and rescheduled appts by staff due to Covid . Initial visit was great. Dentist and hygienist are great with my LO but for the past year the administration staff has been horrible. Times I have called on the phone regarding an appointment or insurance information and have gotten an attitude. Its to the point that I am now willing to go to another dentist that will have better customer service. Just horrible...Office manager and all of the administrative staff.
What a great experience. The staff is so friendly and Dr. Mabel is the best!! They truly make an unpleasant experience very pleasant!!!! Awesome.
This is an awesome place for children's dentistry. I have been bring my children here for 3 years now. The staff is very friendly and patient with children.
