Very disappointed in my experience with them; have had same issue with steering on Exmark Quest 2-3 times, they just repaired late last summer, same issue just happened again, less than a year later. Not willing to stand behind their "repair" from last year. Implied it's only happened to me, no one else. Told me they had to eat it from the manufacturer last year. Just lost a customer who is not only in market for new zero turn, but also a UTV. Happy to give a different local dealer my business.
