The new owner at Weiss should be ashamed of himself for treating my mother-in-law the way he did today. She simply bought a new mattress not realizing the box was available in choice of high and low profile. When delivered the 76 year old can’t get into the bed due to height. The delivery boys said just call and order the low profile. But no, the owner would not hear it —- pointed his finger at her and said “you bought it it’s yours” and proceeded to tell her to get out of his store nearly pushing her over. Terrible!!!!!
We bought a livingroom set in Nov 2017. Everyone was great to work with. Peggy found our loveseat so everything was delivered in 1 shipment! Delivery guys had everything assembled&placed in 12mins! I'll be back out for more things soon.
We recently purchased some furniture here at Weiss Furniture and had it delivered today. Everyone we encountered in the store was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, from the sales people to the billing and finance department and last but certainly not least…the delivery guys. Nice to see that some of that old-style customer service and charm is still alive and well in the area. Thanks guys and gals…you are all highly appreciated and recommended…

I have had a very positive experience with Weiss furniture
We have been furnishing rentals through Weiss and had a positive experience last year but this year after buying a sofa sleeper and ordering a love seat, we realized the color wasn't going to work. We asked the sales lady to cancel the love seat and that we would still take the sleeper for another room plus order two more couches. She said too late (even though 4 weeks to order) or we could talk to the owner. We'll after several calls he still hasn't returned our call so we will be taking our future business elsewhere. They sell furniture and warrenties that they do not support when you call it in..they tell you the repair work will take weeks and be costly. The service manager then ignores phone calls. Also they will remove any negative reveiws and block you from free speech.
Bad customer service. Furniture fell apart. Bad quality. Employee Nancy is very rude and dishonest. Owner could care less about customers. Beware
