Awesome prices. So nice that they let you walk around and look without following you everywhere. They actually had the living room set in stock so we’ll be able to get it within the week!

The courteous treatment I received when I was there picking out furniture was second to none. Frank was very kind and helpful. I recommend to everyone if you are shopping for new furniture in the Latrobe area give Weiss a shot. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
Received a July Fourth flier in the mail. Saw a reclining sofa that I liked. I stopped by and asked about it. I was directed to it’s location. Looked around at others. No hard sale. No trying to talk me into something else. I placed the order. They said three weeks, it came in one week. They delivered it, and I paid the fee to have the old one hauled away. They took the old one and brought the new one in with no problems!!!!
Excellent customer service. Rick (Manager) and Frank (sales) went above and beyond to get my furniture same day even when store was almost closed. Best customer service experience I have had! Definitely will be a repeat customer.

I had gone to just browse, the sales lady let my mom and I do just that, we weren’t followed around the store, but they were available when questions needed answered. When I went for the final walk through, I realized the sectional that I loved was not going to fit, I went in on Sunday and they were amazing I was able to put the money I put down to hold the item toward another sectional, it was delivered along with the entertainment center, and I love it! They were awesome from beginning to end!
