If you’re thinking of moving to 8730 Orion Ave in North Hills, think twice. The management here is terrible. Maria, the on-site manager, plays favorites and doesn’t treat all tenants fairly. When you have an issue, she never reports it to the main office. But if she has a problem with you, expect a notice taped to your door the very next day. When I was house hunting I came across some properties managed by Weiss. Although I didn't end up residing in any of their units, I was really impressed by their staff. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. Definitely would consider leasing with them in the future.
