This service call was for a maintenance check on the furnace units at my home in preparation of cooler weather. The technician was on time, friendly, thorough and very professional. I also appreciate the explanation of services provided and ability to answer my questions. Will use Weiss Air Conditioning and Heating for future service. They are the best I have ever had the experience to complete work at my home. All of the employees I have interacted with are so pleasant and hard working.
Got home from work and realized the AC was out on a Saturday around 5:30. Called Weiss after hours and they sent a technician to my house shortly after. Marshall came by and got it fixed up with a new capacitor and did a full systems check. He was in and out in less than a hour! Very polite and efficient. 10/10 recommend!
