The lady who sold me my ring was way nice when I came in the first time. She was very misleading, however. When I went back to get my ring sized and soldered and replace the diamonds with another color, which she led me to believe would be included in the deal we made, I felt like an inconvenience to her and left very disappointed and angry.

I loved the staff and they were super helpful and I got great deals on my wedding ring. I came over from Kay's because they are crappy over there. A couple minor mishaps with how they charged my CC and when my payment would be due. I ordered a band and it ended up at Kay's and they refused to give the ring to the sister store because they simply didn't want to. So 3 weeks later I ended up with what I wanted.
