Recently being engaged we had to get the ring re-sized. They did a great job and explained the process of it being re-sized. We originally just went in asking for a quote for it to be re-sized but were professional and exceeded our expectations so just a quote turned into us choosing them. Ordered my ring 2.5 weeks ago came today to pick it up and they said it wasn't there. They had to send it back because they didn't replace the center Stone. The store had been open 4 hours when by the time I got there. They didn't even bother calling me to let me know it was sent back and wouldn't be at the store. When I asked them what the hell is going on and why they never called she just stood there like an idiot and said she didn't know. I ordered an upgraded ring from them and two bands. They called me telling me my pieces were back but when I arrived they only had one ring and the wrong paperwork. I have a feeling I will be downgrading this to one star when they tell me they lost my ring
