terrible company messes up ur checks. they need to fire Dennis smh just unprofessional
I would do zero stars if I could. I was hired very quickly by this company, but the office staff was very pleasant. Alexandria was very communicative, and Kimberly was very respectful in what was a 2 day process. The office manager, Dennis, fired me for speaking to him in a way he didn't like regarding a misunderstanding he had of an insignificant conversation I had with my site manager/trainer. This is the worst security company I ever encountered as an employee. I was excited because in went to a job fair was hired and started that night. There was a problem with the payroll system at some point and we weren't paid within regular time frame..I contacted the only two numbers that I had to have the branch manager told that I was rude. Just a resident here, and Sharing my Review for The Security at The Estates off Jones St in Spring Valley I believe his name was Officer Ralph is the security we needed here the ones in the pass were extremely lazy but not this one I constantly see them patrolling and making sure we are safe . Would definitely recommend!!!! Hope they keep this company longer .!!!
Weak company, weak clients, and very weak pay. If your an experienced guard Do Not Waste Your Time... If you just got your Guard Card and don't have the experience apply and use it as a stepping stone to something better. There always hiring because they can't keep people. Extremely high turnover rate. Honestly I could write a book on my entire experience with this company.
