Not only is this mill interesting from a historical perspective; it also produces some of the best flours and grains I've ever worked with. Their bread flour easily produces a silky dough with large windowpanes and the corn meal is ideal for southern cornbread. Add in a gorgoeous drive through horse farms and historical KY communities and it's almost too good to be true.
