Absolutely terrible customer service, Derek is extremely not personable. I was looking for a bit of direction, he pretty much just told me he would have to charge me to consult with him, and then when I advised of what it was about, he just said he can’t help me. Never offered a suggestion, a direction, anything. Just I’d have to charge you, and I can’t help you. And he spoke very aggressive, as if I bothered him with my inquiry.
I called them, & some lady answered. Never even allowed me to finish my sentence. She even acknowledged "sorry I don't mean to interrupt". Ignorant
They got all my personal information I was talking to them for like 15 minutes and less than 30 seconds the secretary that got off the phone told me that they weren’t allowed to take the case Basically, they discriminated against me because of my race So I recommend nobody goes to these people
