Don't waste your time here. You will have to speak to the receptionist, take a complicated situation and abbreviate it into a less than 10 minute conversation and then the gate keeper will put you on hold for 5 minutes to check with an attorney (who I assume is looking for key words or phrases in just a few seconds), come back and tell you an attorney "cant assist with that at this time" and provide you no reasoning as to why. Could have picked a better attorney. Their website says “free consultations” and what that constitutes is the legal aid telling the lawyers your situation and they deciding if they want to take on your case with no initial feedback. This should be considered false advertising so be prepared for not even a drop of guidance without payment.
highly recommend to contact this law firm if you believe you've been discriminated against at your place of employment. after speaking with Derek he took on the case and made everything easy from start to finish. today I just received the settlement funds from that case and it has helped me get things back in order after such a long time of uncertainty..
