Friendly staff. Quick refills. My go to.
I used to be completely happy with Weis pharmacy but recently things have gone down hill. They consistently do not fill my prescriptions that are on their automated system and when I go to pick up I have to wait. They haven’t been communicating with my doctor for refills requests in a timely manner and it’s caused me to miss doses over and over again. Today was the final straw. i have been using this pharmacy for years. recently it has been hard to get someone to answer the phone. my prescriptions are NEVER ready. it will say ready in the app, but they “still need more time”. i had to show up last time and wait on my prescription because no one would answer the phone. i just had to call three times and finally on the third call someone picked up. the last time no one would answer, when i showed up to pick up my prescription, there were two people standing around, so i don’t understand why they coul... read more
The pharmacy is accurate and does their job, however it can take them DAYS to fill a prescription and they are rude if you ask for an ETA. I am from a customer service background and am kind and patient as can be. I asked for an ETA in the morning, I asked if it would be today or tomorrow or longer. Since I am signed up for text alerts I was coldly told "There is no ETA just wait for the text"
