Clean store. Well organized. Quick shopping experience.
Since a new pharmacy manager has come, service has determined drastically. We have used this pharmacy for years but are now going elsewhere. I'm a retired pharmacist and have always understood service is most important.
I must tell my most horrible experience with Nicole the manager at Weis Pharmacy. Yesterday afternoon my husband was discharged from Doylestown Hospital after having triple bypass surgery on Monday, not even a week. Hospital sent over prescriptions that needed to be refilled..2 needed to be taken Saturday evening ..it was mandatory..I called the pharmacy around 3:30 or 4 to see if they were ready. The staff at this pharmacy are second to none. Suzanne and Steve are compassionate and knowledgeable. I'd never go anywhere else.
