Son walked in 7 minutes after scheduled appointment due to horrible traffic. Told us we needed to reschedule. Their policy is ten minutes. They've had us waiting 40 minutes for an appointment before, but no grace is given to patients. Read through the reviews -- they do this all the time. Would have given 0 stars if possible for the rude women at the front desk. They blamed it on the dentist, but you never get to see the dentist. No names are on the website -- they're all in hiding. My daughter has been going to Weis Denistry for about four years. I have been extremely pleased with the Dental Assistants and Dentists. However, I have been extremely disapointed with one of the receptionist "Megean" in the Portsmouth Office. Her posture and response to parents is extremely rude and unprofessional. Her negative presentation is damaging to the reputation that Weis is so noted for. As much as we love Weis, we are considering changing Dentists as not to have to encouter such unprofessionalism.
