I would not recommend this A.C. and cooling company to anyone. The previous owner of my house bought a system from them in 2020, and from what I can tell, it’s undersized for the space. It won’t cool the house below 80 degrees, no matter how long it runs. When I called them for help, they refused to even come take a look unless I paid them more. No sense of responsibility, no customer service — just trying to squeeze more money out of me. Total waste of time.
Sorry, you might be good at your craft, but I don’t support companies that hire terrible drivers. If you are going to put your name on a van like a billboard, make sure your drivers s know HOW TO DRIVE. I watched Van s-56 BLOW through a stoplight next to Hixon Middle school on 12/2/24 with kids around, while CLEARLY looking at his phone. I’m good on companies who don’t do there research or follow up on their drivers.
