Air conditioner was not functioning properly. I called these guys after 5 and spoke with the answering service and they had their on call tech get back with me (Stan) but since it was after hours I waited till the next day so there wouldn't have to be an emergency or after hours call. He informed me they would call me after 9 the next day although I didn't wait and called them at 9.
