Definitely overpriced community. There are more affordable/better options in the area with same amenities. During hurricane Helene no support at all from management as I’ve heard from different people in other apartments about no late payment fees or rent discounts even if is any percentage of payment. Not even to mention I was charged 110 as a late fee for paying rent 2 hours late same due day. It’s a good location but way too expensive.
An absolutely positive experience from the moment I arrived, a very kind, patient and prompt staff led by none other than the best Mrs Rachel Ragsdale, I would recommend living here to any and everyone because the experience is stress free and most welcoming.
Well maintained, comfortable and in a great location. Staff stays in contact with residents and performs as advertised. Many opportunities for meeting people should you desire. I love my balcony. Location is fabulous with access to downtown, shopping, groceries and restaurants. Food trucks come and we are notified ahead of time. I'm enjoying my decision to live here.
I have lived here for just under two years now, and Weirbridge Village is the best…located in a thriving neighborhood with restaurants, movie theaters, and service companies nearby. The staff members are great; and the maintenance folks are here to help with issues of all sizes (need a ceiling light bulb replaced?).
*edit after living here for a year* I still have nothing but good things to say about Weirbridge Village. During the last year I have only had good experiences with the staff and community. I have never heard my neighbors through the walls, but I can’t speak to above neighbors as we live on the top floor.
