I’ve always had a positive experience with this community. The staff is friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. I also really like the property itself — it’s well maintained, has a welcoming atmosphere, and gives you a good feeling when you arrive.
They allowed me to tour twice and took time to make sure all my questions were answered. Mia was so patient and kind with me. The property is beautiful and has an adorable pond you can walk around!
Homeless people sleep in the parking lots, cars get broken into, noise levels are absolutely egregious. There's landscaping done DAILY for over 12 consecutive hours which makes no sense. I can't get my baby or my dogs to sleep at normal hours because the noise wakes them up. There's no parking, either. Constant construction going on.
Traffic noise is unbearable and there’s no parking. Dumpster has a sneaky hidden “out of order” sign on the side so you can’t even throw garbage away. Can’t use the car wash or vacuum either.
