Repeat renter review: PROS: great area, safe, lovely neighbors. CONS: -Trash abounds at overflowing dumpsters, mail trash in entryways, and in doggie disposals. Trash left in hallways during the day. - they price leases based on heads in beds. Like hotel pricing. Check the lease term in prices… could be 9 mos. only for a reduced rent. - office never gets back to you unless you are renting anew. You can email, leave messages etc and there is zero follow up. - SO much DUST in every apartment. It must be the carpets, or ducts. ... read more
I have lived here 20+ years - love it!
Definitely overpriced community. There are more affordable/better options in the area with same amenities. During hurricane Helene no support at all from management as I’ve heard from different people in other apartments about no late payment fees or rent discounts even if is any percentage of payment. Not even to mention I was charged 110 as a late fee for paying rent 2 hours late same due day. It’s a good location but way too expensive.
An absolutely positive experience from the moment I arrived, a very kind, patient and prompt staff led by none other than the best Mrs Rachel Ragsdale, I would recommend living here to any and everyone because the experience is stress free and most welcoming.
Well maintained, comfortable and in a great location. Staff stays in contact with residents and performs as advertised. Many opportunities for meeting people should you desire. I love my balcony. Location is fabulous with access to downtown, shopping, groceries and restaurants. Food trucks come and we are notified ahead of time. I'm enjoying my decision to live here.
