Traffic noise is unbearable and there’s no parking. Dumpster has a sneaky hidden “out of order” sign on the side so you can’t even throw garbage away. Can’t use the car wash or vacuum either.
Weirbridge is a nice community with beautiful landscaping, 24 hr gym, and has a very small pool. They advertise as luxury apartments, but fall extremely short in this category. The interior cabinets, appliances, countertops and fixtures are all out-dated and dark. The parking lots are not designed for the amount of residents, leaving us having to park offsite or several buildings away. All of my concerns have been handled appropriately. My concern is that Weirbridge is constantly raising its rate. I have lived here for three years and am happy with my choice. I understand Weirbridge was built approximately 15 years ago. I feel like loyal tenants shouldn’t be dinged every year for rate increases and new tenants can rent the same apartment for substantially hundreds of dollars a month less.
