this apartment complex allowed a maintenance worker to rob and steal from many of the tenants. and when the complex manager was confronted about the issue , they did not even send the worker (who was caught on a tenants camera) home. pretty sure the surveillance footage is still circulating around along with the stolen items that never where returned to the owners.
