Called them on a Saturday (non-emergency) and had Ross out Monday morning. They gave me options to repair or replace, and were extremely neutral on which I'd prefer. Their prices were fair and honest. Got a new, better sized unit installed and they were tidy in cleaning up. Recommend this small family business for your HVAC needs.
