Unfortunately I was directed to this firm by my real estate agent who was new to the industry. Just like the previous comments, you are left in the dark until occupancy. They did not assist with setting up any of the payments and were unable to provide me with any information regarding insurance, property tax, condo fee etc. Felt like I paid to be a piece of paper in a processing centre. In addition to that, they misspelt my first name on numerous documents. Stay away if you value your money.
