Poor service and deceitful practrices are company policy It must be company policy to not only be rude and snooty to customers spending a lot of money; but to withhold the fact that they will charge you a 25-30% restocking fee should you have any issues.I was treated just as poorly in EHT as this store. I will dissuade anyone who will listen to not patronize this company.
Office Manager I have been in the construction field for the past 27 years and have dealt with many plumbing supply stores. In the last 12 of those years I have been pretty much exclusive to Weinstein Supply. The only way I would deal with another company is if my customer prefers to do so. I try to stick with one salesperson, if possible, to avoid any confusion of my orders.
Weinstein Sucks I ordered a $700 toilet from them they said it would be in in two weeks it turned out they didn't place the order until four weeks after I put the deposit down. Its basically a bunch of fat women that work there who can't even manage there weight let alone lick an envelope or there snooty jews.
High end products As a contractor, I stopped doing business with Weinsteins years ago, after too many of my clients told me they were treated poorly by aloof sales staff. I would only go there as a last resort.
Quality Plumbing Products My husband and I visited the showroom looking for high quality plumbing supplies for our shower. To our shock and amazement, we were not helped because everything is by appointment only. The sales people were not even polite about it, they were downright rude and obnoxious. These people sell fixtures for bathrooms and kitchens, you would have thought we were looking at Ferrari?s the way they acted towards us.
