My tub spout broke on a Thursday after 2 trips to to Home Depot unsuccessful I went to Weinstein display room Friday morning Tracy helped me even though I was rushing and had to go to work, so she took a pic and called me later and left a message that she found one, when called her back on my break the part was order and and shipped. I was so relieved! The best part was that my replacement spout was there Saturday so Awesome! Thank you Tracy!!!
Kitchen remodeled 1 year ago by local professional remodeling company. They worked with weinstein. Customer service reps at weinstein were extremely rude. Had appointment but their lunch arrived late. I arrived on time they made us wait. When I said we had to go soon the woman had a terrible attitude. She told me her luch was getting cold now. Again I had an appointment. Told the remodeling company I wasn't impressed. They used weinstein anyway. Now I Have a problem with an expensive sink. Weinstein doesn't want to hear it. ... read more
