I'm a 75 year old Retired Latino Vietnam Purple Heart Awarded Marine Veteran. I walked into Weinstein Plumbing in Allentown a couple of days ago and immediately a short elderly man with short cropped gray hair behind the counter looked at me in a condescending manner. I went about my business and purchased an $1800 hot water heater and went to the counter to pay. A decent supply house that offers a good range of products. The only draw back is how long it takes to get in and out at the service counter.
The staff not to courteous.
My tub spout broke on a Thursday after 2 trips to to Home Depot unsuccessful I went to Weinstein display room Friday morning Tracy helped me even though I was rushing and had to go to work, so she took a pic and called me later and left a message that she found one, when called her back on my break the part was order and and shipped. I was so relieved! The best part was that my replacement spout was there Saturday so Awesome! Thank you Tracy!!!
