I would like to complain about Markville Toyota, which falls under Weins Auto Group. My mother purchased a vehicle from them recently. She had originally ordered this vehicle in Feb 2024. During the 1 year of waiting for her vehicle, there was a lack of responses and support from the sales rep. Finally the vehicle arrived in Feb 2025, and she picked it up on Feb 27, 2025. Blue Audi with Weins dealer plate speeding through schools zones like it was a sport. Clearly this place either is run by or employs tools and idiots. Either way, take your business to a more responsible dealer.
Bought a 2023 RX350 and get it serviced here. Extremely cheap and trash car. Paid 90k for it but wouldn’t have take in for half that amount knowing what I do now. Car paint is extremely fragile. Scratches just from outside driving in winter. Ice or road salt. The colour I have is discontinued now. I suspect they know it’s defective. Dealership said couldn’t paint correct with their detailing and told me to go to their body shop. Body shop told me it would be more than $1000 per panel plus tax to fix.
