Poor service, absolutely NO communication about maintenance. Moreover "overpriced' compared to "big box" stores!

I brought my Toro snow blower in to their Clarkston store to repair a fuel leak. They notified me two days later to lick it up. I paid the $60.00 bill and they said the gasket on the carburetor had to be repaired. I waited 15 minutes to pick it up and they said they couldn't find it. After another five minutes, the Service Manager said it was not fixed and needed a new carburetor. He said he would fix the same day and call me when repaired but I never received a call. READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING FROM WEINGARTZ Buyer beware. I purchased a Toro 824 snow blower in 2021 and immediately had issues with the gear box once engaged in a low gear speed immediately jump to the to highest gear. Needless to say, you cannot make turns at this speed nor safely clear around structures. To date, I have had it in twice, and they have failed to fix it.
