When my regular ophthalmologist was stumped by my persistent double vision after cataract surgery, he sent me to an adult strabismus specialist, Dr. Weingarten. Because of a mixup, they didn't have me down for an appointment, but she kindly fit me in after a short wait. This office does not respond to emails and their voicemail is full. Receptionist was also rude and insists on a refraction fee being paid out of pocket when my insurance clearly states that they pay for it. Unfortunately we will never meet the doctor.
