My experience here at the grow program started off great with an awesome facilitator. It wasnt until one of the facilitators decided to yell at the group stating that we didn't follow instructions. We sat there quietly until one of the other facilitators explained we did nothing wrong. Not once did he apologize to the group of adults he just raised his voice at.
