최근에 뉴저지에 하우스를 구매했는데(2021년 8월 16일) 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 말하지 않아도 알아서 척척 해 주셔서 처음부터 끝까지 모든 과정이 아주 수월했습니다(이게 진짜 중요하다고 생각합니다). 특히 바이어 입장에서 요구할 수 있는 것들까지도 알아서 요구해 주셔서 인스펙션부터 클로징까지 너무 감사했습니다. 덕분에 예상했던 것보다 경제적으로 더 여유가 생겨서 이것저것 가구들을 구매하는 요즘입니다. 그리고 전화 응대해 주시는 분(비서이신 것 같은데)도 무척 친절하시고 혼선이 있을 법한 상황에서도 알아서 척척 정리해서 일을 처리해 주셔서 너무 좋았습니다. 하우스를 구매할 때 여러 가지로 신경 써야 할 것들 투성이인데 변호사 님이 알아서 해 주시는 부분이 많으니까 참 편하고 좋았습니다. 다음에 집을 사게 될 때도 다시 함께 하고 싶습니다. 여기에 이런 걸 써도 될지 모르겠지만 의뢰비는 평균보다 아주 살짝 높은 정도인 것 같습니다. 하지만 모든 과정에서 너무 만족스러웠기 때문에 주위에서 부동산 변호사를 추천해 달라고 하면 주저하지 않고... read more
