careless, sloppy, lazy landlords I lived in a Weiner apartment for about a year. Before I signed the lease, they were very nice and accomodating. After, though, the customer service and maintenance services was nothing short of horrible. I moved into my apartment and it was filthy, and several things were broken. All would be perfect if it weren't for customer service. My problem isn't with the property it lies with how the office manager, and now partial owner) Kelli Ratcliff conducts herself. She is rude, insensitive and once she gets you into the property she could care less about any problems that arise. It's a shame because everyone else there is fantastic and the properties themselves are decent in comparison to some others. Best landlord in CU I checked out a lot of apartments in CU. Weiner does have some sketchy ones, but definitely not as bad as others (AKA CPM.) The apartments I have rented over the course of 5 years and 3 apartments have always been clean with new paint and all repairs done. With maintenance issues, they always answer the phone and ALWAYS respond within 24 hours, usually within the same day. The office staff are very friendly and even remember who I am by name.
