I was down helping family with a renovation and needed to take a load of construction demo somewhere. This place was extremely busy but they have ample employees to keep people moving. They were friendly and explained the process well. For others benefit, the process is: pick one of the three lines, doesn't matter which; pay a deposit based on your in weight (cash or card, receipt provided); dump/unload your trash or yard waste; reweigh and get your change. Used to be a good place now its just a pian to even come here, verry un organized staff have no clue what they’re even doing 40+ cars in line Took me 3 hrs do dump
It’s always very fast and organized but the older in the first scale close to wall was very rude, rudely telling us to hurry up when we where just looking for a recipe overall lady was very angry and seemed annoyed, that’s not how you talk to costumers
