I agree they do not maintain the buildings , in 3 years this will look like a ghetto they do not repair the small damages missing paint from ppl hitting the walls with a wheel chair..Some of the buildings the carpet on the back steps has never been cleaned before or after covid. I guess they want everything to fall apart before they repair....SMH When they do an inspection they never say a time , like BGE I be there between 1 and 4....you wait all day then they get mad if you haven't moved things for them but we are elder pp... read more

The way the residents here are being treated is terrible. This whole Village is a brick and mortar abomination masquerading as a senior living facility!!!
