What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
Dr. Weinberg is very compassionate & cares about his patients. The staff, though is often unfriendly & sometimes do not acknowledge patients as they enter the office. Phone calls to their office are often mishandled, or ignored. I've complained to the owner, Dr. Steele, & to Dr. Weinberg about these staffing issues in the past. I believe they'd like to resolve them; but I'm unsure that they have solved these problems. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. IDr. Steele has a brusque manner and I get the feeling of being rushed through. His nurse and staff are very kind and polite. Parking not a problem at their office.
