Jan is very rude and inconsiderate. I applied and had my application denied for "incomplete information" which was not the case. It was completed in full and when i tried multiple times to call to discuss it, he intentionally avoided my calls and could only text me saying to stop calling. He didnt even have the courtesy to discuss his issues. Very unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate.
This guy is a loser! He was charged with managing one of my families properties and had the balls to hire someone to clean out the basement of containing the owners storage. This included several unopened Cabbage Patch boxes and a series of stained glass Victorian era windows. Unbelievable! If you meet with him you'll likely want to punch him in the face in the first several minutes. Comes off as a whiny muppet and something that you scrape off the bottom of your shoe.
