She took the time to show us a LOT of houses before we found the right one and was happy to do so. She is quick to respond to questions or issues, which is vital when working with a realtor. Weiming and Ming are great! They helped us find our house in New Jersey and it was such a good experience, I called them when it was time to sell my house in New York. Knowledgeable, patient, honest, extremely helpful they are the best. They said something after showing us a dozen or so properties, “the house has to find you just as much as you find it.” When looking for a realtor, you can’t find better.
She helped me throughout the process, step by step, from making my house so presentable, getting quality contractors, looks for the jobs well done, and even the certificate of occupancy, until the closing. All well planned with absolute knowledge in many aspects.
